The Pneumax range of pneumatic cylinders is used in a vast number of applications from small bulkhead pneumatic cylinders to large press pneumatic cylinders. The data base shows the Pneumax pneumatic cylinder part no as follows:-
The Pneumax range is spit into 5 sections:
1. Micro pneumatic cylinders which are manufactured to the ISO standard 6432.
These are round pneumatic cylinders with a threaded collar for mounting and a range of bore diameters from 8mm to 50mm.
2. Pneumax compact pneumatic cylindersThese are designed for use where space is limited and only a short stroke is required, bore sizes from 20mm to 100mm and stroke lengths up to 50mm are available.
3. Pneumax Euro compact pneumatic cylinders are manufactured to ISO 6431-VDMA24562(1561) or UNITOP RU-P/6-P/7 (1581) standardsThese are available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm.
4. Pneumax VDMA cylinders are manufactured to ISO 6431-VDMA 24562 standardA range of bore sizes from 32mm to 200mm and stroke lengths up to 3 metres are available. The basic pneumatic cylinder is supplied in three configurations, non magnetic (1321), magnetic with stainless steel piston rod (1320) and magnetic with chromed rod (1319).
5. Pneumax rodless pneumatic cylindersThese are made in bore sizes from 25mm to 63mm with stroke lengths available up to 3 metres. These units are ideal in situations where long strokes are required or space is limited.
