Pneumax air service units are designed for modular assembly
Pneumax air service units can be divided into filters, regulators, lubricators and valves. Pneumax air service units are available in 4 sizes from from 1/8" bsp to 1" bsp and are manufactured to operate at inlet pressures up to 13 bar with air flows up to 3000ml/min at 7bar.
Pneumax filter units have either a zinc alloy or a reinforced technopolymer body.
The HDPE porous filter elements are available in three sizes 5, 20, 50 micron and have
either a manual or automatic water drain.
Pneumax regulators are designed to regulate between 0-12 bar and are supplied in 4 pressures 0-2 bar, 0-4 bar, 0-8 bar and 0-12 bar, all units are supplied with a 1/8 bsp gauge port.
Lubricator units manufactured by Pneumax use the air line pressure to force oil from the reservoir bowl up a tube and through a restrictor to a point where it can drop into the air stream.
Pneumax filter/regulator units are combination units comprising of a regulator and filter, and can be supplied in any of the filter sizes and pressures described above.
The Pneumax air service unit range also has a wide range of shut-off valves (some of which are lockable), progressive start up valves and pressure switches which can be joined together to make a complete air service unit.
